One furnished, spacious bedroom in a large home. Use of the kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. I am close to the Trans Canada Highway and Mill Bay Centre, McDonald’s and Tim Horton’s, are just a 5 minute drive, about 3 km. I have had tenants that walk and cycle to work. Langford is a 20 minute drive, Duncan is 15 minutes.

I am renting out a large furnished bedroom to a working individual. It is am easy place to call home. I can start showing the room starting the first week of April. It is also available at this time.
