It is two bedroom two bathroom apartment with balcony, gym and other amenities. 1 minute walk from king George station. Hydro bill will be splitter between two but hydro bill is pretty cheap. Wifi is paid by myself. You will be sharing the unit with full time working girl. I’m very quiet and clean so would expect the same from roommate but you’re allowed to have friends over once in a while ofcourse.

You will be sharing the unit with only myself but separate rooms and separate bathrooms.
