Berkeley Place W

Looking for someone to move in and replace my current roommate when she moves out. She is transferring to MRU but I want to stay here. Utilities are included (except for wifi) Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony Right across from the University and about a 7 minute walk to campus. Preferably looking for another female roommate. I already have a cat so no pets (she’s very good at being an only cat)
