Private room is available for rent in a fully furnished 2 bed + 2 bath + 1 den condo at 88 Corporate Drive. The place is very near to Scarborough Town Center and Centennial college. It has all the premium facilities like Gym, Swimming pool, Tennis, Sqash, Badminton courts. The rent includes all utility bills. 1 parking is also available for extra cost.
About the roomies
This is Chaitanya, male (from India). I am a full-time IT professional, artist and a clean, responsible person. Looking to share my 2 bedroom condo (owned) with like minded, soft going, responsible persons. The new occupants can share the entire condo including living room, den, kitchen just like a family member. You will have your own private space to sleep and relax.
