Main area is open concept kitchen, dining/living area with 3 season porch adjoined, plus large basement rec room. 1 bath, 2 TVs, dishwasher, washer & dryer, air-conditioning and plenty of storage space in house and in garage, with street parking at front and winter plug at back. Fenced and private backyard.
