Kayla's room

Large master bedroom with full private bathroom with large tub and walk in shower. The room also has a spacious closet almost as big as the bathroom. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for a young professional or student rent the master bedroom too. The home itself includes a recently upgraded main floor with a gorgeous kitchen and living area. In the summer the backyard has a large deck along with a gazebo. Pets not allowed as we have our own, but must be pet friendly (small animals). The home is located about a 6 minute walk to tanger and its bus routes. As well as being minutes off the 417. Looking for someone with no vehicle or is ok with having to move it as we live in a neighbourhood because unfortunately all parking spaces are unavailable. There are 4 people currently in the home, 2 are students at algonquin, one finishing at carleton and another starting his masters at uottawa in the fall. We are all pretty relaxed people and we all work part time as well
