The house is situated on 3 acres of landscaped property, space to take a walk in the surrounding forests.

I’m looking to rent the finished basement which has a large storage area with a separate entrance.

The overall home is 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, large sunroom and a double car garage with a fridge and stand up freezer.

The shared space would be the kitchen and there would be a private bathroom. Dependant on the occupant there could be more common areas and perhaps a bedroom on the upper floor.

Dependant on the occupancy and the space required is based on the cost for rent.

The rent will include all utilities, laundry room access, fiber internet, there is a hot tub as well.

I am a single mom of three children, 15, 13, 11. I am professionally employed and work from home 50% of the time. There are two indoor/outdoor cats. Non smoker but smokers are welcome but must smoke outdoors.
