the available room is in the basement and has the most space available compared to other rooms in the house. a 3-piece bath with walk in shower just outside the bedroom door.

There is a furnished living area for use of occupant. includes 2 couches, 2 bookcases, tv stand and a dining table.

Large Backyard, movable fire pit, raspberry bushes, dog run with dog house, covered patio and BBQ available for use

28 y/o Male I have a pet Cat and Tortoise in the house the cat has not interacted with dogs but not any cats. so I am not sure how she would handle another cat in the house

I work during the day and usually am home during evening and weekends. Generally Introverted, ill stay home playing games and watching shows, or working in the yard when the season gets here.
