This place has 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 washroom and 2 rooms and our own HUGE WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE – currently it is used by JUST MYSELF!! (Very spacious – big living room and individual rooms)

SHARED WASHROOM (Just sharing between you and I – so if you move in, we sharing between two people including yourself – currently im using this washroom by myself)

When I first moved into this house 3 years ago, this place came unfurnished. I took my time and money to fully furnish the place and made it my home. So, I am looking for someone (male or female) to share the rent of $850 with.

Who I am looking for: I am looking for a staple roommate that is either a student still studying or a working professional.

Students should provide proof that they are still going to school and working professionals should provide pay stubs.

I am not just renting out this place to anyone, I want to find someone who I can trust and build a friendship with, someone who can and will get along with me.

As I mentioned previously, I already furnished the place - so it is ready for you to move right in (I got you basic furniture such as a bed, table and chair)

Either way though, if you are interested – Ill be asking for a deposit to hold the place for you or you can just move in ASAP and pay the difference in days.

My name is Howard, I am turning 30 years old soon, I am working and has been working for years. I smoke a lot of weed because I have insomnia problems. I grew up here in Canada, so I have a lot of friends that comes and visit me once in awhile (less so during covid) I like to play games and listen to music – currently I am much more into binge watching tv series though.
