Furnished with a Queen bed, end table, Armoires, Table and Chair. Internet, TV, large kitchen & dining area, laundry, exercise equipment, hot tub, deck, BBQ. You buy your own food, drinks and supplies. Parking is $50.00 extra per month if needed. University of Waterloo is 7.5 Km for bike riders. First and Last required.

Sharing the house with the homeowner, a 63 yr., widower, retired and plays golf most days. Easy going, a few rules. Best for a mature person, or responsible older student, no smoking in the house. 2nd room available later this year.
