Furnished bedroom with brand new bedding in a fully furnished coach home, shared accommodations. Within blocks of groceries, restaurants, and other amenities, including the YMCA. On a major transit route and a 30 minute transit ride to the UofA, 5 minutes to Century Park LRT. Within minutes of the Anthony Henday and Whitemud Drive, 20 minutes to the international airport. This ground level unit overlooks the Blackmud Ravine and has easy access to walking trails.

The bedroom has a walk in closet. Shared bathroom, shared kitchen (including all amenities), shared living room, and shared den (home theatre with surround sound and several gaming consoles included.) En suite laundry, patio, BBQ, wood burning fireplace, dishwasher and one outdoor parking space included. Internet is included. Accommodations are shared with a Registered Nurse and 2 cats.

I am a Registered Nurse working daytime shifts in oncology. I’m clean, friendly, laid back, open minded, and welcoming. I can be a bit of a nerd. 2 cats live here. I am fairly introverted, rarely have friends over, though my partner may stay from time to time. I am interested in cooking, videogames, making music, and DnD. I’m into festivals in the summer and volunteering at them, with a lean towards harm reduction. I like to flow (spin staff). I’m a mental health advocate, and value clear communication, honesty, and boundaries. Non-smoker Triple vaxed.
