$1100 including utilities, internet and own driveway parking spot.
Close to U of G, grocery stores, shopping mall and transit. Looking for mature, quiet, responsible, clean, non smoker.
No couples please.
Pets could be considered dependent on type and home owners approval.
New Roomie must also like birds! There are small pet birds who are at times are out of their cage on the main floor/kitchen area. :)
Available April 1st. Min 8 months. First and last month required with references and criminal background check.
About the roomies
Human Roommate is a kind, considerate, professional female, in her mid forties. Feathered roomies are three hand tamed cockatiels who think they rule the house! 😂
