I am looking for a new roommate to share a 2-bed rooms apartment. I am 23 years old Ryerson university student. I am clean, friendly, and respectful. Usually, I’m quiet because of my school assignments and test, but also really like to hang out with my roommates.

The living room, kitchen, and main washroom are shared spaces, and only 2 people will share this whole place. Davisville station is within a 10-minute walk and we have 1 grocery store within a 10-minute walk. The whole rental price for this unit is $2200. Utilities included are heat and water, but we need to pay for hydro and any other additional service (wifi). If you have a car, parking is additional $100 a month. If you are interested in this place, we can discuss splitting the rental price. First and last months rent required and safety deposit.
