Kiara's room

We have one private room available. The room includes Hydro, Wifi, Gas, Cable, and water. Upstairs share kitchen, bathroom, living room area, and porch. The entire house shares the laundry room and backyard. Some information on the rooms they are have carpeted and large windows with blinds to view out to the back yard. The bedrooms are unfurnished. We also have one mini-fridges plugged in the kitchen that can be used to keep your food separate, you are welcome to use the big fridge as well. There is street parking in front of the house to park 1 vehicle. There are tons of familiar places nearby such as UFV Abbotsford Campus 10-15 minute drive and 30-40 min by bus. Here are a couple of other familiar places such as value village, Dollarama, Seven Oaks Mall, and lots of fast food places everything is within walking, driving, or bus. Grants Park is only a 3-5 minute walk which is nice if you have kids or want to go for a walk. the property is located with the backside facing the highway, the whole area is fenced. The backyard has a trampoline and a sandbox as well. the porch is not the biggest it’s lovely to sit outside and view the mountain or the highway, we do have a table out there that you can use to sit out and have your morning coffee, etc. Please feel free to ask questions I would be happy to answer them. We will have rules and boundaries that we would go over when we do up the contract. We are very open and laid-back people. Not much can bug us. The house we live in currently holds 6 bedrooms. A couple occupies the basement and one of them every weekend kids come over and stay. They will come upstairs occasionally to check the heat and on minor things. The one-room is located upstairs on the left side of the house. I must mention the yard is used by 5 dogs. if you do not like dogs this is differently not the place for you as one can be super barky until he gets to know you. Everyone in the home either goes to school via work. There is always someone usually. Cannabis & Alcohol friendly. From time to time we will have fires and hangouts and see how everyone is doing and you are welcome to interact.
