About the roomies
There are 3 of us, 2 girls are already renting one side of the unit, but one of us has bearded dragon, while the other has a cat. We are quiet, organized, clean and respectful individuals. We prefer having a cleaning schedule so the main area will always be tidy! We prefer non smokers and are not cannabis friendly, but if you choose to smoke we prefer if you leave the unit to do so. We are pet friendly, but would prefer if the animal is smaller and mostly stays within your room.
