THIS IS A SUBLET AND IT IS AVAILABLE MAY TO JULY This is a room in a shared house. The house is a 10 minute walk from the UVic Bus Exchange, in Gordon Head. The room has a queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, a TV table, and a decent amount of space. The house has a large open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and an outside deck. There is a driveway with enough space for 2-3 cars, and plenty of on street parking.

You will be living with a nurse and a sound engineer. The house has students living downstairs so the rules regarding general consideration of noise are followed, and as some peoples schedules sometimes have them working early on the weekends it’s generally a relatively quiet house and people are considerate and will talk to each other if they want to have guests. The 2 people you’ll be sharing with have lived here for 5 years each.
