Looking for two roommates who maintains neatness and are working professionals to live in 1 bed 1 bathroom available in my spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in Mississauga. No deposit needed. Both roommates will be sharing their 1 bed 1 bathroom.

Rent is $675 per person including utilities. Washer and dryer have to be used only in off-peak tariff hours. Suitable for working professionals only.

I am a vegetarian, so cooking and eating non-vegetarian food, eggs is not an option. Only one parking and am using it. I am a software engineer and looking for working professionals only as roommates.

The apartment is located at intersection of Eglinton Avenue West and Erin Mills Parkway. Nearest land mark is Erin Mills Town Centre shopping mall. 5 minutes walkable distance from Super Walmart, Credit Valley Hospital, Loblaws Super Store, restaurants, parks, walking trails and schools

I am a software engineer living by myself. I am renting out 1 bed and 1 bath in my 2 bath 2 bath apartment. Ideally am looking for only one roommate for $1250 per month but if i cant get a single roommate am ready to rent out my 1 bed 1 bath for two roommates for $675 per person.
