Bedford Highway

Great view of the water, big open living area and kitchen. There’s only one parking spot currently being used by me, but I’m fine letting people use the car if they’re responsible. Also has direct access to bus routes that go straight downtown. The room being offered is the master bedroom, with its own private ensuite bathroom (w/ shower). Apartment also has in-suite laundry. Has a nice balcony view; you sometimes see deer running around on the hill close by.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two others, myself and a 23 year old woman from Mauritius. I’m also 23 and I currently work as a research assistant for Dalhousie. We’re looking for someone of similar age to room with. I mostly keep to myself, but I’m open to hang out or do fun things together. The three of us who currently live here get along together super well, so I’m hoping we can keep that going with a new face 🙂. My room is across the living space from the master bedroom, and the other roommate lives in the den down the hallway. We’re both quiet and clean, and I try to make sure the dishes or the garbage are never piling up. As for food, she cooks her own things and I usually share meals/groceries with the roommate who’s moving out in January. I’m okay with either splitting or sharing, whatever works best. There’s lots of space for food in the fridge and cabinets, and there’s usually a bunch of random snacks laying around. We’re looking forward to finding someone new to live with and hopefully we can have a great time together!
