Looking for a student or a working professional, this is a medium sized room. The location of the house is great, its basically a 10 minute drive from a lot of places. There is also a bus stop near the house, the neighbourhood itself is pretty quiet. The price of rent is negotiable, all utilities would be included. The starting day of rent is flexible from end of April to the beginning of May. If you are interested in viewing the place we can arrange it. To start it would be a four month contract. This is a family home, the current tenants are brothers. One of them is on their last year of engineering at UBC, and the other is a working professional. They are pretty busy so most of the time you will have the house to yourself.
