The room is standard size with a walk in closet, the apartment is located very close to thetis lake park about a 5 min walk to the beach. All new appliances, insuite washer/dryer

I’m a pretty chill homebody, I like to play video games, watch tv, go on hikes/walks, paddleboarding. I do smoke the green stuff and am open to making a friend through being roommates :) I like to keep the place pretty clean.
