Mackinnley's room

I have a newly finished basement for rent. You have a stunning spa like three piece ensuite in your suite, an under the stairs storage space and an industrial light with voice activated/phone controlled lights that can change colour and brightness! It is essentially a bright studio apartment of 650sq/ft. You have a kitchenette as well as the use of the shared kitchen upstairs. The only time anyone will come into your space will be at a set time to do laundry one day a week per the two people upstairs, on days convenient to you. You also can use the front patio space on warm days! Upstairs we are two female working professionals in our late twenties. We are kind and quiet. I do have a 20 lbs dog who is quiet, but is to be the only pet in the home. There is to be no smoking of any kind on the premises and no parties (to ensure quiet time is respected). All utilities and wifi are included.

I am the owner of the home and am a teacher. My roommate upstairs is an office worker and makeup artist. We are both in our rooms settling down by 9:30pm, we are quiet and keep the kitchen clean. We rarely have friends over, but will share in our home group chat beforehand so that everyone is prepared for a stranger being in the home. Truly a kind and respectful home!
