It’s a big house in a nice neighborhood close to the Whitby Mall and the 401.

Price includes utilities, internet, household items such as cleaning supplies, lightbulbs, garbage bags, and anything else needed for the house other than your own personal necessities and groceries home-cooked meals can be included for $15/meal

You will have your own shared living space with the other roomies on the main floor which is currently unfurnished (I might be able to get you a couch & coffee table). Your bathroom is shared with 2 other people. The kitchen is also shared, everyone gets their own cupboard. Laundry on site. Plenty of storage space in the basement if needed. There is also space in the garage to store things like bikes, tires, etc … The rooms are unfurnished so you will need your own bed/mattress.

I’m a yoga teacher and a student and also work part-time at a health clinic and have a small online business. I am easy-going, friendly, and mostly quiet at home. Most of the time you will see me with my laptop or textbook working or studying away. Matt is a gamer and hardly comes out of his room. He’s friendly and quiet as well. For the most part, we just live in our own worlds and stay out of each other’s way. There are also 2 dogs and 2 cats here. Blaze is a 10 years old German Shephard, and Bella is a 9-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix. They are both very sweet dogs and will be happy to greet you at the door any time you come home. The cats, Chewy, and Whiskey are 15 and 16 years old. They are friendly as well. When it comes to food, everyone is responsible for their own groceries and cooking however, as mentioned above, home-cooked meals can be included for $15/meal As a tenant, you are not responsible for cleaning the whole house but you are expected to clean up after yourself including any mess made in the kitchen, any garbage in your room, and sharing the cleaning of your bathroom with the other 2 tenants/roomies. Smoking cannabis in your room is ok but no cigarettes or nicotine vapes indoors.
