The house is a brand new construction (just finished in February of this year) made in the open concept design and high ceilings with all new appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom is shared between the two renters however each person will have their own sink and storage space.

Utilities + internet is included. Deposit would be the standard first + last. No Smokers please. No pets please.
