I am a professional male who works in Healthcare. My shifts are afternoon and evenings, so I will usually be gone at those times. I am quiet and prefer the same. I have many hobbies and friends, but rarely have people over. My job is high-stress and I like to keep my home a place for rest. In the summers, I try to spend as much time at the beach or pool as possible. I like to workout and to cook. I will respect your privacy and expect the same in return. This is a great property and a more than fair price. I am in no rush to rent it until I find the right fit for us both.
