About the Apartment:

• Washer/dryer + dishwasher inside the unit
• Hydro and Internet not included
• Access to outdoor space (courtyard)
• All bedrooms have a window and a closet
• We’re bringing some communal furniture but you can of course bring some of your own
• Cats are allowed! About the Location:
• Great central location, only a 20-minute walk from McGill campus
• 9 minute walk to Sherbrooke station (orange line)
• 6 minute walk to Saint Laurent Station (green line)
• Steps away from Rue Saint Laurent, which has grocery stores, restaurants, and anything you need
