Furnished suite with private bathroom, laundry and kitchenette available July 1 for an individual or a couple. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed , an IKEA closet system, a sitting area with a gas fireplace, a study desk and built-in bookshelf . There is a lounge area with TV, couch and bookshelves. Your washer and dryer are in the bright utility room along with five shelves of storage for your suitcases and boxes. In addition to the equipped kitchenette, you would also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove to cook up big meals or do your baking. Your own full-sized fridge with freezer is in the kitchenette. There is a BBQ available on a deck in the back yard. . Rent includes heat, hydro, water and high speed (1.5 GB) internet. At the moment the house subscribes to Bell Fibe standard TV package CRAVE and HBO. Parking in the driveway is available for $30/month

The #90 bus is close by heading westbound on the Transitway to Hurdman and the train or eastbound to Southkeys. Both Ottawa U and Carleton U are easy to get to by transit or on the bike paths from Mooney’s Bay.

This is a smoke free property and I rent to non-smokers. Last month’s rent deposit is needed to secure the room; one month’s notice is needed when you know you are leaving. The suite is available at the end of June, however interim accommodation on a shared basis can be provided in a guest bedroom with a double bed available at the end of April.
