About the room
Hi everyone!
I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) for my 2 bed 2 bath condo in the view royal area. It’s available May 1st. The place is fully furnished, has in suite laundry and bike storage. Rent is currently $1500 a month including utilities, but may be able to be lowered a bit for someone who is a good fit.
*Furniture in the pictures belongs to the previous owners so furniture will be different
About the roomies
I’m 20, turning 21 in May, and attending Camosun Interurban for the ultrasound tech program. I’ll probably be pretty busy with school work but I enjoy being outdoors, going for hikes, and going out for drinks with friends on the occasional weekend. I like to have a few friends over every now and then (not parties) so I don’t mind if you do the same, as long as we’re respectful of each other 😊
