South Street

I am looking to sublet my room for May and June though a longer stay can be discussed with the landlord. The house is on South Street and is really close to Dal and walking distance to grocery and bus stops. The room is large, private, and furnished ( double bed, desk, chair, fridge, and dresser). The bathroom is shared with one other person. The kitchen is shared with the four roommates in the house and include an oven and microwave. The house is smoke and pet free. Parking is not available. Coin operated laundry is available in house. Rent is $850 but negotiable and includes all utilities and wifi.

I am a second year science student at Dal and am heading home at the end of April so the move in date can be anytime after April 27. I am just looking to sublet the room for the last two months of my lease but a longer stay can be negotiated with the landlord. There are currently two guys living in the house, both students at Dal. The third roommate for the summer months has not moved in yet so I don’t know anything about them. Everyone is pretty quiet and we mostly keep to ourselves.
