About the room
The room is in a large house with a beautiful back yard, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The area is very quiet and peaceful so it’s great for anyone who needs time to concentrate and study or work from home.
Students and workers are welcome alike. Each situation will be considered differently, but both workers and students will be asked for references and credit checks as applicable.
The room is aimed at those looking for temporary stays of a few weeks to a few months. Different situations will be considered.
1st and last month + security deposit (depending on length of stay) will be required.
About the roomies
I am a 37 year-old male professional who is mostly working from the office. The atmosphere is generally quiet but I am sociable so how much we interact depends on you.
A very important element is cleanliness. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself and contributing to the general tidiness of the house as well as respecting the rules.
