Aga's room

This is a new build townhouse in Sutton West. It faces North. I am looking to rent the 2 spare bedrooms located at the front of the house. The bathroom is shared, but the space would be all yours. Kitchen, living room and breakfast area are shared spaces.

I am a 29 year old female, living in the home with my dog, Harley. She is very friendly, she is a large breed mix. The house is a new build so the property is currently muddy, but will be cleaned up. The house is furnished with basic furniture, dining room set and a couch. I do have furnishing for one bedroom if you are looking for something furnished. I am happy to meet up to see if we can get along as roommates and show you the property.
