About the room
Looking for a new roomie for a two bedroom apartment. It’s on the second floor, front side of the building. Has balcony. Comes with a parking spot in the back which is all yours since I don’t drive.
Right next to bus stop. Bus route 7 goes directly to MacEwan + Downtown one way and to West Edmonton Mall the other. Within walking distance of Unity Square, which has stores such as Safeway, Shoppers, and London Drugs. Near The Lot and stores/restaurants on 124 Street.
Bills: Internet is $68/m Electricity also separate from rent. Rent is currently $1225/m all together. How we split costs can be up for discussion
About the roomies
I’m 20(f) and currently working full time. I enjoy keeping to myself, though I’m down to chat or hang out from time to time. My main interests include art, video games, musical theatre, and playing D&D with my friends. I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community.
I have a very sweet, shy, and fluffy older cat who doesn’t enjoy having other animals around, but she loves to cuddle with people she’s comfortable with.
I usually go out of the house to hang out with my friends so we shouldn’t have many visitors.
I don’t know the neighbours, but I haven’t had any complaints about them so far. The only things you can hear is some stomping from upstairs and the occasional loud person in the main hallway.
