Located about 8 minutes from Uvic, 10 from Camosun. It’s a quiet street, hardly any noise after 8. On direct routes of #12, #27 & #28. 5 minutes from shopping centres. The room is large and bright. The entrance to the suite is private. Full kitchen and bath. In unit laundry, The room is unfurnished and all utilities are included (expect internet, that’s shared with me). Current roommate is going traveling, but they loved living here!

I’m 20 and a student at Uvic. The landlords live upstairs, they’re nice, quiet and easy going! I spent most of my time studying or working, but I do like to go downtown on weekends.
