Large room with own bathroom up for grabs within Skaha Plaza. Large shared living room, kitchen and laundry room in apartment as well as covered balcony. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few more to Walmart area. Utilities not included and will be split 50/50.

I am typically quiet and introverted yet welcome any conversation with a roommate. I like to play video games or watch movies when I’m not working or out camping in the summer. No parties as this building is majority seniors although no problem just having some friends over. I look forward to meeting you and hope we can have a positive living space together.
