Less than a km from main campus, big backyard, big house. Has two bathrooms in total one upstairs and one downstairs, a dining room and a living room with lots of space. The room is a private room with a walk in closet that has lots of storage, their is a window with a view of the backyard as well as a water heater within the room. The room is at the back of the house so it is quiet from the noises of Richmond.

Three girls in their third year of university. Degrees vary but very nice hard working girls and tidy. The house is fairly big so you are not all stuck interacting throughout the day in common areas. For more information please reach out.
