Celine's room

Looking for one roommate to split a 2-bedroom apartment in uptown! The place is in a walk-up apartment building close groceries and shoppers. Easy access to buses, 10 minute walk to the ion and close to trails. Laundry is in the basement of the building. The bedroom would be unfurnished but i will be furnishing the rest of the apartment (my current roommate lived here before me and had furnished the place but is moving out so i will furnish it before the person moves in - that being said if you have something you want to bring I’m sure we can coordinate. I do have a specific style aesthetic so it would have to fit into that). Rent includes water and heat but hydro and internet are extra (usually around $25 for hydro and $37 for internet) There is parking for $50/month.

I currently work full time at an optical clinic. I’m queer (non negotiable obviously - gotta be okay with this one lol) I’m really into art and i like going on walks. I smoke weed in the evening and like watching shows or listening to some music. I’m easy going and clean and really appreciate open communication. I’m hoping that whoever I live with can also chill and have a good time, i like to watch shows and talk with people if they’re down.
