Country living with close proximity to town! Room available in a modular home on an acreage about 5 minutes north of Spruce Grove. Renter would essentially have their own bathroom as I use the ensuite as well as access to fitness room equipment if desired.

I’ve just moved into the property and am looking for a roommate to cut down on costs. I live there alone, but I am planning on getting a Golden Retriever puppy in the summer, so plenty of puppy snuggles coming your way. My brother owns the home and he and his family (4 young kids) live next door. His cat is also resisting the move, so there is an outdoor kitty looking for plenty of attention. I’m a teacher who enjoys running and camping. I’m looking forward to starting up a vegetable garden in the backyard, having plenty of fires at the outdoor firepit, and tending my bees (I have 2 beehives on the property). I’m pretty used to living alone, so happy to keep to myself, but also happy to have company by the fire or enjoying sunsets from the porch!
