Kane Drive

The house is a bungalow on a quiet street in Waterloo. There are two rooms for rent on the main floor of the house.

Room 1 is 10.5 x 9 feet. It features hardwood floors, a closet and built in storage cup boards, as well as a ceiling fan.

Room 2 is 9 x 12 feet. It features hardwood floors, a closet, a cubby space, and a ceiling fan.

The whole house is recently renovated and updated. It features a modern kitchen with modern appliances (including steam oven), hard wood floors throughout, and a gas fireplace. The house does have air conditioning for summer months.

Whole home internet, utilities, and parking are included.

The property is also a short bus ride or walk to Conestoga College (Waterloo) and Laurier University campuses. The property is also close by to Conestoga Mall and other shopping opportunities.

I am a single dad. I will be living in the basement half of the house. My kids will be living with me every other week. We have our own bathroom and bedrooms downstairs. The other upstairs tenant is quiet and friendly. Thoughtfulness and consideration for everyone else in the home is appreciated. We would like fellow room mates who are also relatively relaxed but also enjoy being friendly.
