Looking for one female roommate

Hi, we are currently looking for one female roommate from May 1st. This is the lease take over. Please read through the description below.

-Monthly rent: $475 (Water and heat included) +Electricity ($20~30/2 month) +Wifi ($18/month) -You’ll be asked to pay the deposit fee ($250 when you move in) -Laundry: coin operated (in building) -Unfurnished (Kitchen stuff is shared)

-30sec~3min walk to two different super markets -5~7min walk to the bus stops (Bus No.4, 7, 10, 24, 29, 41) -10~15 min walk to Spring Garden Road -~10 min walk to Dal Sexton campus/20~30 min walk to the Dal main campus/15~20 min walk to SMU -Very close to the waterfront and Point Present Park

The living space will be shared where you can use table and chair. The room is open loft above the kitchen. The three roommates are international students who go to Dalhousie uni.

All of them are international students at Dal, from India, Bangladesh, and Kenya. 2 in undergrad engineering and 1 in master international development. They are usually busy with their school work and job, and there’s no party in this apartment.
