Looking for one male roommate to join myself (Jared, 23) and Olin (21), in our awesome, sizeable apartment. Located directly next to McGill (next to McMed). We are looking for someone who is preferably a student, who is friendly, easygoing, and clean! Both Olin and I are McGill Student going into our 4th year, we enjoy being active, playing games, and going out!

The Apartment: Located on the 8th floor, we are located on street level (Avenue des Pins). We also have a great view of the city! The apartment has two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a large city-facing balcony, and a massive living room. Additionally, there are several closets within in the apartment for storage.

The Room: Fairly large room, with one closet, and balcony access. Gets a lot of sunlight! Room comes unfurnished!
