Close to Beckwith Park, Lochside Trail and Lakehill School. 20 minute walk to Quadra/McKenzie (bus, groceries, drug store, liquor store, restaurants) 10 minute walk to Quadra #6 bus. Nice back yard/deck to use. Parking available. Includes cable, internet, utilities, hydro, garbage/recycle. Two rooms available for rent but one not available until June 1. The room that is currently available is the one with the pink blankets and wicker light. The other room will become available on June 1.
