Renfrew Street

A large furnished bedroom with one double bed, closet, desk, and dresser, located on the second floor in our house and a full bathroom on the same floor. Our tenant enjoy free Wi-Fi, access to the living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry area (washer / dryer). The house has central heating and A/C. We have an older dog who is friendly and non shedding and two young friendly female cats. Monthly rent includes all utilities.

Our house is located in beautiful North River Heights, a centrally located, safe and quiet neighbourhood (great for students). We are close to major bus routes - to downtown, University of Winnipeg and Manitoba, local museums and other attractions. Nearby are Assiniboine Park & Zoo, only 5 minutes driving to Polo Park Shopping Mall, and 10 minutes driving from our house to The Forks, Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Manitoba Children’s Museum, and more. We are less than 10 minutes driving to and from the airport.

Must be FULLY vaccinated (will need to show proof). Must provide a clear criminal record check.

I live with my daughter and her boyfriend. All three of us work full-time. My daughter is a student as well. We have a friendly thirteen-year old dog, and two young female cats.
