Perfect if you go to Algonquin college as it is a 5-minute walk and 30 minutes away from downtown. Easy access if you take the transit, baseline station is down the street. they are pretty quiet most of the girls are in school or at work so the house isn’t too crowded. we like having a game night or just hanging out at night .
