This is a 2bdrm 2 bath condo with balcony, security, gym, bike storage, theatre room, ensuite laundry etc. Awesome view and an amazing location.

You’ll have a room with a closet (Can be furnished or unfurnished as you like) and your own private bathroom!

Short walk (0-15 min) to Liberty Village, Trinity Bellwoods, Grocery Stores, and the food and bar scene in Queen west

Short bike or streetcar (15-20min) to High Park and harbourfront and to the subway lines for the rest of the city.
