Looking for a roommate beginning of July (can be earlier). 2 bed/2 bath unit on top two floors of 10 unit building. Right in between Whyte Ave and Saskatchewan Drive and close to the universities, river valley trails, downtown, and major bus/LRT routes. Separate downstairs entry with very large bedroom (with 2 closets, wall mounted TV), bathroom (with double shower heads), in-suite laundry, and large storage room. Upstairs has a second entry + closet, open concept kitchen, built-in pantry and bar area, living room, massive patio, and other bedroom and bathroom.

Price includes rent and utilities. Internet is $100/month, which would be split between us. Damage deposit of $975. Shared covered, powered parking. Room can come furnished with pull-out sectional and office furniture (raising desk, office chair with kick-out).

I work full-time from home and am completing my masters degree full-time so looking for students and/or young professionals. I have a cat so must be fine with pets.

I am a 27 year old working professional and am also completing my master’s degree in public health full-time. I enjoy gardening, hiking, hockey, football, and crafting.
