Two young transmen looking for another roommate!

NOTICE: Physical viewings are postponed due to possible illness, but we are open to offering virtual tour and meets via Zoom!

We are triple vaccinated, but one of the roomies is still susceptible to sicknesses due to asthma.

Lease Type: 1 year, on joint lease with roommates under Initia Real Estate.

Location: A roughly 8x9 ft bedroom with an open closet in a comfy townhouse with a small fenced yard in a perfect location. Bus stop right outside (routes 918, 923, 913, 916). Decent walk or short bus ride to West Edmonton Mall, and a short bus ride to Callingwood Square. Also a short walk to a friendly pharmacy, a convenience store, dentist, Filipino goods, CND café, and more! Neighbourhood is typically quiet, save for the odd emergency vehicle passing by. We’ve hardly ever spoken to the neighbours, so it’s hard to say what they’re like, but they seem to be the kind of community that will compete over the Best Garden title. Nothing to be worried about though, they leave us alone.

We also have a designated private parking stall if you have a vehicle.

Amenities: Stove/oven, microwave, fridge, washer, and dryer. No dishwasher.

Utilities: $25-$137/month (varies by usage). Through Epcor. This covers gas heating, electricity, and water.

Internet: $30/month. Currently on 1Gb Shaw Internet. Great for streaming movies/shows and gaming!

Pets: Case by case. We currently have a crested gecko. Sadly, one of us is dangerously allergic to fur and dander, so no cats or dogs.

Terms:

-No smoking indoors.

-Landlord is not 420 friendly, so no use of cannabis on the property. Sorry. :(

-Any pets will have to be approved by the landlord.

Jack - The quiet one. Usually goes to bed before 12:00am. Likes making cocktails. Likes gaming and D&D. Hates too much clutter. Kind of a nerd, but with only one brain cell.

Nana - The loud one. Likes to stay up late. Yells at Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six on occasion. Possibly an anarchist. Skater boy. Probably has a shrine to Tony Hawk.

We’re just two introverted transmen looking to add a third roommate, since our current one is moving out. We’re pretty open minded, but definitely hoping for a fellow LGBTQ+ person! Both of us usually just hermit away in our bedrooms and only come out to go to work, get food, or do some other quick task. Sometimes we go several days without one of us seeing the other, it’s kind of comical. We’re not unfriendly though! Once in a blue moon we’ll sit in the living room and watch a show or something.

Neither of us are party or gathering people, so please no big or crazy parties. You’re obviously welcome to invite friends over, but please give a heads up before doing so, if for no other reason than COVID.
