Furby Street

I’m looking for a student or young professionals to rent rooms to. I have 2 rooms available for rent in a quiet house located mid block on furby street. The house is walking distance to U of W, health sciences centre, and the exchange. There are 2 parking spots available in a gated parking stall out back (first come first serve) The house is a large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house that is owner occupied(I live in the basement suite). No party animals please. Heat, water, fast wifi, and electricity included. Upstairs tenants share a bathroom, I have my own in my basement suite.

**House is currently being renovated and tennant is moving from upstairs room so don’t mind the mess. ** Please reply with the following answers if interested. -where do you work/ go to school -how long have you lived at your current address -how long do you want to stay for (short and long term welcome) -can you provide proof of a job or school -can you provide a previous rental reference

If you bus the 19 to red River come less than a block away and the blue line to U of M comes less than 2 blocks away. Busing anywhere from here is a breeze.

I’m a super chill 32 yo, I like cooking, music, anything motorized, and outdoors. Pretty quiet and keep to myself, looking for someone who I get along with and works or goes to school full time.
