Lauren's room

Two bedroom apartment, looking to rent my spare room. North Edmonton, near beaumaris lake, also very close to all amenities such as grocery stores, transit centres, etc. Would be shared bathroom. Apartment is main floor, with a cute little patio. Rest of the apartment is fully furnished, spare room is not. I do have one cat and he is well behaved. Lots of street parking very close to building.

I currently live alone. I have had roommates in the past and could get references if wanted. I am pretty quiet generally. I have one cat, he’s chill and friendly. I like to bake and cook, have several creative hobbies like painting, crochet, etc. I also like yoga, going for walks and meditating. I don’t smoke or do drugs and very rarely drink, maybe a glass of wine every few months, and prefer a roommate who also doesn’t smoke, do drugs, or drink heavily. I am not a partier and am not looking for a roommate who is. I tend to be tidy, but not a super neat freak. Communication is very important and I would like to talk about ways to make this living arrangement work best for both parties if it is a good fit :)
