We split wifi and hydro , you have 1 parking spot living room furnished only need to furnish your room first and last required , ideally I want someone who’s gonna be around for a while … it makes life easier splitting rent…. The room is bigger then you think can have a queen size bed in there with space for a tv stand or dresser.

I’m 24 years old have been living here for almost 2 years it’s a 2 bedroom apartment and I need help with rent because roomate is moving out to live with his dad , I’m clean quiet and respectful and work full time , I am looking for the same I spend most of the time at my girlfriends but enjoy my time at home when I’m not there.
