Hi! I’m looking for a roomate to rent one of my spare rooms for $650/all utilities included.

The suite is 1100 sq ft . Top corner unit with a large balcony you can use. You will have your own room/full bathroom. The other areas are shared. You would just need to bring your own bed and anything else to make your room feel at home but everything else is furnished.

I work full time and study part time so I’m not always home. Plenty of room to have our own space as well.

The complex is only a minute from liquor stores,gym, hair salon, restaurants, physicians office, and more! Nice walking trails nearby too if you like to stay active! dm for more details/pictures!
