Rent price includes rent, wifi, hydro, water, and parking

2 bedroom 2 bathroom Everything is furnished except for what would be your bedroom.

Unit includes in-suite laundry washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen is shared, however I don’t cook much so it will mostly be yours to use!

2 minute walking distance from a plaza which includes grocery, pharmacy, post office, gym, restaurants etc. 1 minute walk to a bus stop.

Everything is included in the rent price and you will have your own assigned parking space. Rent is discounted if you don’t need parking.

I’m a mid twenties working professional. I work from home and my lifestyle is very quiet and relaxed and would be looking for someone similar. I’d be okay with having conversations or not :) I’m a non smoker/ don’t drink.

I do have a cat and you are welcome to bring your pet as well!
